Confetti

Finished my second pair of socks using Confetti yarn today. This pair was made using colorway 195:

I really like the colour of these socks, and they will go with lots of my clothes, since I'm a purple and pink kind of gal. These were the first socks I've made using two circulars. I wasn't brave enough to try two socks at a time however, so these were done one at a time. Although I never really minded using DPNs, I must say that I like using circs better, and the knitting seemed to go much quicker. I just started my next pair of socks, using Fortissima Colori 1000 #17. I'm using the magic loop method for these socks, and so far so good. I haven't decided for sure if I like this method better than the two circs, but think I probably do. It was kind of annoying having two needle points flapping around unused when using two circs. I'll let you know for sure what I prefer after I've given it more time.

I didn't get Bob sewn together this weekend. It's blocking, and is still a little damp. Quite honestly though, I just didn't feel like tackling the mattress stitch. Hopefully, next weekend!
