Candy Kiss Socks



Just finished these socks this morning. They were knit using 4 ply Kroy sock yarn, candy kiss colorway. I think they are a very spring-like sock. As soon as I finished these, I cast on my first pair using Opal yarn. I am also using my new Pony Pearl DPN's for the first time. I will post later as to how I like these needles.

Warm Fuzzy Feeling!
Received a nice thank-you note today from the recipient of the Mexiko Socks. She said both her grandmother and mother used to knit her socks when she was young, but that she now has worn out all of the socks that they had made her. She was very pleased to receive these socks, and also said that they fit her perfectly. I was very happy to receive this thank-you, as I thought it nicely summarized why so many of us enjoy knitting socks!
